Also included are a glossary, bibliography and keyword index. With an introduction, a biography of Doctor Francisco Hernandez and notes on categorization.

Discoloration and old stains to jacket (especially spine), some chipping and short tears to extremities, a bit of faint staining to fore-edges, still very good and bright; scarce.
